BDSM 101: Safety, Negotiation, and Consent

BDSM -  a four-letter acronym that stands for six different things: Bondage, Discipline, Dominance, Submission, Sadism, and Masochism. BDSM includes an extremely wide range of activities, from light paddles, flogging, dominant/submissive power exchange dynamics, artistic rope bondage, to domestic servitude. It can be a set time for role-play, or it can be a 24/7 lifestyle - it can be simply a sexually charged interaction. or sex may not even play into it at al. The possibilities are vast and varied.

But the core values remain the same: Trust, Communication, Safety, and most of all - Consent. In this class, we will learn many of the things BDSM can be, but most importantly what it is not. How to spot red flag behavior, how to have productive and clear negotiations, and how to conduct yourself with personal care, safety and consent at the forefront.

Cost: This is a free-will donation class. Any donations help keep this space open and available to continue to educate the alt-life communities.
